Terry Abrams Berger

Terry is a native Floridian who was born and raised in North Miami Beach. She has great compassion for seniors and their families, and chose to build a law firm that was centered on helping clients navigate aspects of the legal maze of life. She takes great pride in her dedication to the needs of her clients, both young and old. For those families who live far away, Terry is the attorney they count on to take care of their loved ones here.

Terry concentrates her practice in the areas of probate and trust administration, and estate planning. Terry gives her time freely to speak to community groups on age-related issues, estate planning, and the probate process. She feels it is important to educate as many people as possible about the challenges that face each of us as we grow older, so that we may be better equipped to handle those challenges before they reach a critical stage, requiring significant time and expense that may have been avoided.

Terry graduated magna cum laude from Nova Law School in 1994. Prior to attending law school, she received her Bachelors degree in Business from Nova University, while working full time and, along with her husband, raising preschool aged twins. She is a member of various State and National organizations that focus on her practice areas of probate and trust administration and estate planning. In her spare time, she loves audiobooks and riding her motorcycle.
